Chronic insomnia is rarely caused by a lack of information.
It is maintained by conditioning.
I assess the full picture:

My work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) with advanced clinical hypnotherapy to retrain both the behavioural and subconscious components of disrupted sleep.
